Where is Sagaron based in? What is the team-strength?

We are based in the USA, Canada, and India. We have
1050+ in-house skilled developers with an average experience
of 14+ years.

Can you please help me understand the business engagement model?

We have three different engagement models.

Dedicated Hiring: –

For dedicated resources hiring, you are required to pay a one-month upfront payment and when the next invoice will be generated once the cycle of one month is completed.

Hourly Basis: –

In an hourly basis, you are required to pay one week of the advance payment, and the remaining amount can then be paid in weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments as per the pre-agreed contract with you.

Fixed Time and Cost Model: –

For the time and material base hiring, you will be required to pay 20 to 30% cost of the project as an upfront payment, and the remaining amount will be based on the milestone, so upon completion of a milestone, you will be required to release next % of payment.

Do you provide NDA and IP protection for my project?

Rest assured, you will have 100% ownership of your project. It includes NDA, copyright, source code, intellectual property rights, confidential letters, other MoUs, etc.

Will you assign a dedicated "Project Manager – Scrum Master" as a point of contact?

Yes. Dedicated project manager – Scrum master will be assigned throughout our engagement. With whom you can get in touch for any sort of assistance, query, or resolution.

What is your payment method after the engagement?

We are a registered entity in the United States with the name Sagaron Technology LLC, so you can choose to pay us in a Bank of America account via ACH or wire transfer. We can also help you save tax with the help of a W9 form; here is our EIN number 83-4332237. Regardless of your physical location, we accept a wire transfer from all across the globe.

What if I am not satisfied with the hired developer's work and would like to exit?

Be assured. That will never happen. Client satisfaction is our highest priority. Either Party to this agreement may terminate the contract, with or without cause, by providing at least 14 days (2) weeks’ written notice to the other Party. Upon termination of this agreement, Sagaron Technology shall deliver a termination invoice for work completed to date, which shall be paid by the client (in 3 business days).

The Termination invoice shall specify all unpaid work and the remaining work done until the termination date. On termination, all work completed to time shall be delivered to the client in a usable electronic format.
