What is platform engineering?

Platform engineering focuses on building reusable, secure, and scalable platforms that enable developers to deliver software faster, with fewer obstacles. It includes automation, CI/CD, infrastructure management, observability, and self-service tooling.

How is platform engineering different from DevOps?

DevOps is a broader cultural and process philosophy. Platform engineering makes DevOps operational by building internal developer platforms (IDPs) and standardized tooling that reduces friction and improves reliability.

What does a typical platform engineering team include?

A standard team includes platform engineers, DevOps/SREs, infrastructure architects, cloud engineers, and security engineers working together to build and manage the platform.

How long does a platform engineering engagement take?

The timeline depends on the project’s scope. Strategy and blueprinting may take 2 to 4 weeks. Full platform development usually lasts between 3 to 6 months, with ongoing support and iterations afterwards.

Can you modernize our existing DevOps pipelines?

Yes. We analyze your current pipelines and workflows, then modernize them using reusable components, infrastructure as code, and GitOps.

Do you offer post-deployment support?

We provide continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and platform improvements through flexible support models.

What industries do you specialize in?

We have extensive experience in healthcare, finance, SaaS, retail, and media, addressing security, compliance, and scalability in regulated industries.
